At Little & Lively, we want you to love every piece of clothing your family wears. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn and unwashed items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
